The Health and Safety Executive encourages companies to proactively reduce stress in the workplace through a range of options including counselling, employee relations, flexible working and access to health and wellbeing information and support via the workplace.

I really enjoyed this. The 1.5 hrs was perfectly pitched as it enabled us to go quite deep into meditation practices and really get the most out of the guided experience. The facilitator was a lovely, calm person who explained things really well

Having therapy taster session in the workplace is easy to organise, cost effective and causes no disruption to your workplace. This approach is a practical and easy way to support staff. Wellbeing Workshops

I thought it was a good session. It is the first time I have experienced the deeply relaxed state people have talked of previously. I think this was probably partly due to the length of the session - the guided visualization exercise was about 45 mins long and worked well.
