What Therapy Should you Choose?
We manage a register of therapists so we know there are a lot of therapies to choose from. Every therapist meets clients experiencing stress and other mental health issues.
SAMH recognises (through their clients who have used therapies), that certain treatments/activities seem to be very supportive including:
- Reiki
- Indian Head Massage
- Yoga/Tai Chi
- Reflexology
- Meditation
Our services, Therapies Unitedare listed in the SAMH complementary therapies leaflet that signposts people to more information. Through our register we can help you to make a more informed choice by providing you with the assurance that our therapists are checked and monitored for insurance and professional qualifications.
Discounted Treatment Rates
Some of our therapists offer a low income treatment rate of up to 50% off the cost of a normal treatment.
