Courses and Training

Meditation

• Your place is only confirmed on receipt of the full payment due, in advance of the course.
• Missed classes may not be carried forward to another date.
• Course payments are non-refundable. If a minimum of 21 days notice in writing is given, places may be transferred once to another date (subject to availability of space)
• While we take every precaution possible Feel Good Therapies will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings or safety while on the premises where the courses take place.
• Please inform us by email if you are taking any medication or suffering from any illness/ill health in advance of attending.
• Discounts - only one discount applies at any one time unless advised otherwise.
• Please do not decrease/stop any medication you are receiving from your medical care provider unless they advise you to do so.

Reiki/Indian Head Massage

• Your place is only confirmed on receipt of payment of the deposit. If paying online your place is confirmed immediately. If paying by cheque, your place is not confirmed till the payment is received. We do not hold bookings for cheque payments.
• Deposit payments are non-refundable. The full amount is due within 3 weeks of the training date. If a minimum of 21 days notice in writing is given, places may be transferred once to another date (subject to availability of space)
• If you cancel prior to the workshop and have not given 21 days notice in writing, you will not receive a refund and the full amount is still due.
• While we take every precaution possible Feel Good Therapies will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings or safety while on the premises where the classes/workshops take place.
• Please inform us if you are taking any medication or suffering from any illness/illhealth in advance of attending.

• Your place is only confirmed on receipt of payment of the deposit. If paying online your place is confirmed immediately. If paying by cheque, your place is not confirmed till the payment is received. We do not hold bookings for cheque payments.
• Deposit payments are non-refundable. The full amount is due within 4 weeks of the training date.
• Please check with the tutor of these workshops directly regarding their cancellation policy.
• While we take every precaution possible Feel Good Therapies will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings or safety while on the premises where the classes/workshops take place.
• Discounts - discounts do not apply to these workshops unless specifically stated.
• Please do not decrease/stop any medication you are receiving from your medical care provider unless they advise you to do so.
• Whilst we have screened the tutors of these workshops, please note that these workshops are offered by other companies/therapists and Feel Good Therapies takes no responsibility for the quality or content of these workshops.

Introductory Talks

• Your place is only confirmed on receipt of payment of the deposit. If paying online your place is confirmed immediately. If paying by cheque, your place is not confirmed till the payment is received. We do not hold bookings for cheque payments.
• Payments are only refundable with 2 weeks notice is given in writing (email).
• If you cancel prior to the talk and have not given 14 days notice in writing, you will not receive a refund.
• While we take every precaution possible Feel Good Therapies will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings or safety while on the premises where the talks take place.
• Please inform us if you are taking any medication or suffering from any illness/illhealth in advance of attending.
• Discounts - only one discount applies at any one time unless advised otherwise.

Treatments

• Feel Good Therapies Ltd is not responsible for any treatments given by therapists listed on this website or that of therapists from Therapies United.
• While we take every precaution possible Feel Good Therapies will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings or safety while on the premises where the treatment takes place.
• Please do not decrease/stop any medication you are receiving from your medical care provider unless they advise you to do so.

Late Cancellation Charges

If you cancel within the 21 days it may be possible to transfer to another date with an admin charge of £25 payable. This is at the discretion of Feel Good Therapies and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
