Heart centre CD is fantastic, I was a bit anxious when a started to listen to it, lots of stuff running through my head, as I started to follow the meditation I began to relax and calm right down. By the end I felt completely grounded.
The meditations help to bring insight and spiritual awareness to help promote a deep sense of wellbeing.
