This guided meditation CD and crystal set is suitable for children to help reduce stress. You can use this CD to support children:

- let go of anything that makes them anxious or stressed
- improve focus and concentration
- reduce sleep problems
The CD comes with a rose quartz or amethyst crystal which can help the child focus and concentrate during some of the 5 different tracks. (If you have more than one child, you can use other crystals or stones). The first track is for parents with instructions on how to use the CD.
