New babies often cry lots and sleep little, sometimes parents don't know how to help. Many new parents lack support and understanding at a time they need it most - in the very beginning.

Baby Calming Parenting Classes

This course is suitable from birth until your baby is 20 weeks old

A unique 4 week (8 hour) course, designed for new mothers and babies, incorporating baby calming skills, baby touch therapy (a baby massage routine developed by BabyCalm) and interactive class discussion of many topics that new mums commonly face such as birth debriefing, baby feeding worries, bonding with your baby, baby colic, baby reflux, lack of sleep and concerns about the health and wellbeing of their new baby.

Time, Cost & Venue Information

Cost - £65 per mum/baby (this includes a bottle of baby massage oil, a BabyCalm calming CD and relevant handouts) - Special Offer if you book by 31st Jan 2012 - save £15

Venues - The course runs for 2 hours (for 4 weeks) and starts

About the Tutor

The teacher, Anne Young, is an experienced aromatherapist who has been practising in Edinburgh for many years. She is a graduate of Napier University where she attained a BSc with Distinction in Complementary Therapies (Aromatherapy) and is a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA). She is an experienced aromatherapist and a Certified Baby Massage Instructor and also has experience in working with babies and children who have special needs. She is a qualified BabyCalm instructor.
