I so look forward to the classes every wednesday, it's fantastic and I love the way it relaxes me.
An opportunity to put aside others and concentrate on yourself

Amazing how much healing can come from even an individual session. There is one issue I have wrestled with for years, and I can hand on heart say it has now been healed and that this was a direct consequence of the meditation. WOW!
It's a really great course where you get a chance to develop your connection with your guardian angel and learn about how the angels can help you in your everyday life - through some lovely meditations and chat.
