The Benefits of Learning Indian Head Massage

I did really enjoy the course - it went very well!! I thought the venue was lovely - very calming! The tutor was very patient and good at explaining things. The course was informative and I liked the fact that we also covered meditation, crystals and chakras as well. These are things that I had heard of but knew not a lot about and it was interesting to learn about these as well and how it all fits together with IHM.

A fantastic workshop. I left feeling motivated and energised, and felt I'd learned a lot.
