Hi I'm Roushan and I teach the Bach Flower Remedies and EFT courses in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

My special area of interest is stress, and I am passionate about helping people deal with the stress in their lives.

If you are dealing with illness, pain, changes in life, stress at work or home, there will be something I can do to help. Having suffered from a stress-related illness myself, I know how valuable complementary therapies can be in this area
