About Our Tutors - Dee

Hi I'm Dee and I teach the Indian Head Massage courses in Edinburgh.

I worked as a chef for many years and always had an interest in health.

I have been practising complementary therapies since 2000. I am trained in Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Reiki. I find that Indian Head Massage has many benefits, especially for those who work at a computer. A treatment will release any tension held in the upper body especially in the scalp and neck area, it's great for increasing energy and improving concentration. I have also completed a course in massage for people living with cancer.

As a tutor, I love working with people and have recently trained as a Reiki Master Teacher.

For my own well being I enjoy Yoga, swimming, walking and meditate every day. I also enjoy baking cakes - another passion of mine!
