This CD and crystal set is designed to support the health and wellbeing of children from 5 to 11 years of age. The different tracks give children the opportunity to learn and practise techniques to help balance their energy, improve self esteem and feel safe and protected. The crystal comes in its own pouch and is cleansed and filled with healing energy. The crystal can be used with some/all of the tracks - particularly if they find it difficult to concentrate. There is also a track to help guide parents/carers how to use the CD for best effect.

Lorraine Murray, who produced this CD, brings her knowledge and experience of working in schools with children whilst using these techniques. Through her experience she has produced this CD to help children reduce stress and support their health and wellbeing.
