The CD is designed by Feel Good Therapies and can be used in a number of ways. Either as a whole CD (from beginning to end) or using the individual exercises depending on whether you want to relax, calm your thoughts (helps restore energy/balance emotions), improve sleep or develop your ability to focus and concentrate (both for meditation and daily life!). The CD is a good introduction to trying these exercises at home. Each excercise contains music and spoken word. There are 5 exercises to try - "Grounding", "Body Awareness", "Breath Awareness", "Golden Light" and "Garden of Peace". (Total running time is 47m05s)
